YWCA is committed to raising the social and political profile of young women's issues and experiences.
Our policy, research and campaigns team, working jointly with our projects, provides a voice for young women facing discrimination and disadvantage. Our activities include:
 | making sure young women have a voice in a wide range of policy spheres |
| | encouraging young women to get involved in their communities and society |
| | producing 'briefings', a series of documents on topical issues which affect young women’s lives |
| | producing reports covering poverty, rural isolation, participation, motherhood and much more. |
